# When Should I Purchase My Order? Do I Need To Make A Reservation?

We suggest you purchase as far in advance as you can to make sure you get all the shipping info and are set to go! (plus many times during winter months we offer sale prices that can lock you in to a lower cost!)

The latest we suggest is 3 days before your event, but if you find us after that please see our FAQ about this!

Make SURE that you place your order before sending the flowers to us so we know it’s coming! We don't take reservations, and are available for your order all year long!

# What size frame is best for me?

There are lots of different options to choose from!

## Pressed Frames

6x6 -> for boutonnieres

8x10 and 11x14 -> best for small bouquets, or bouquets that ship in less than ideal condition

16x20 -> MOST POPULAR. best for standard and larger bouquets

18x24: -> best for larger bouquets or for a statement frame

## So Which Do I Choose?

The sizing depends on a lot of different factors, these are all things to consider when making your decision:

1. Price: ultimately we want you to be comfortable with what you are spending.
2. Bouquet Size: depending on the sizing of the bouquet you may want to consider a smaller or larger option to fit the frame accordingly.
3. Flower Type: If you have a lot of really large/really small blooms, that may need to be factored into your decision.
4. Flowers' Quality: Is your bouquet super fresh? Is it mostly dead? Once it arrives we may suggest downgrading if the flowers didn't make it.

We want you to be happy with your final product but it is good to remember that sizes like the 8x10 are only going to fit a 1-3 roses/larger flowers, and the 18x24 might be too big if you just had a couple flowers in your bouquet and it won't fit it as you would like!

Remember, we can also always do a repurchase if you want to add more flowers to your frame! You can always ask about that via email!

# Choosing Your Design Style

We have recently expanded our design styles to fit each of our clients style, wants, and creativity! Below are examples of each design style we offer!

**Disclaimer:** The final look of your design may vary from our example photos, depending on the types of flowers you provide. Our designers are highly trained to create the most beautiful arrangement possible with the flowers available. If your design isn’t turning out as expected, feel free to ask them for guidance—they’re happy to help!

# How soon should I send my bouquet?

We need your bouquet to be shipped to us within 72 hours (3 days) of your event! We suggest shipping it ASAP after the event! We always suggest overnight shipping: as this is the best chance for your flowers to get to us quickly and safely, but you can choose 1-3 days for a more economical option. Please keep your flowers in water and a fridge until it is sent to us!

# Repurchasing / Replicating Your Flowers

All the details of the extra cost + how we do it 💐

## Why Would I Need to Repurchase / Replicate My Bouquet?

### Overview

While we usually make our pressed frames with your original flowers that you send to us, there are cases in which this is not possible.

Because of this, we offer the ability to repurchase / replicate your bouquet so you can still get a beautiful reminder of your important day.

### Most Common Situations for a Repurchase

There are usually 5 cases in which customers choose to repurchase:

1. You previously had your event and would like us to replicate your original bouquet / arrangement (it's a great anniversary gift!)
2. It's been more than 48 hours since your event and you haven't shipped the flowers to us (see below for more info)
3. You shipped your bouquet to us and want to replace a flower or two that didn't quite make it (fragile flowers, such as anemones and peonies often have a hard time traveling)
4. You shipped the flowers to us but they arrive dead or partially (usually because you didn't overnight the bouquet to us, or because flowers have a hard time traveling, especially in the summer)
5. You aren't super sentimental and would rather pay the cost of repurchasing than the cost of shipping (which can sometimes be cheaper depending on where you live)

## How Does Repurchasing Work?

### Overview

Repurchasing allows us to purchase flowers from our wholesaler & press them freshly in the shop!

We have several talented florists on our team (our sister company specializes in wedding florals) who can identify the specific floral varieties from your arrangement so we can make sure to match your original flowers as closely as possible!

### Steps to Repurchase

There are 3 simple steps to order a repurchase and connect it to your original order!

1. Order your desired product (i.e. a pressed frame, shadow box, etc.) on [our website](https://shop.whitepoppypreservation.com/).
2. Order your desired repurchase amount [here](https://shop.whitepoppypreservation.com/repurchase-your-original-flowers/?showHidden=true) (See [Repurchasing Options](#repurchasing-options) for more info). Make sure to note your order number, which will be important in the next step.
3. Fill out [this form](https://airtable.com/shrdGIGHC1fYG8nG5) to link your original purchase to your repurchase. This will make sure we can keep your orders connected! (Note -- if you received an email from us after sending in your bouquet, use the link in the email. It will already be connected to your order and will save you the hassle of finding your original order!)

### Repurchasing Options

| Amount to Repurchase | Price | Frame Size |
| -------------------- | ----- | ----------- |
| 4-6 Flowers | $25 | 6x6 Frame |
| 10-12 Flowers | $50 | 8x10 Frame |
| 15-18 Flowers | $75 | 11x14 Frame |
| 20-24 Flowers | $100 | 16x20 Frame |
| 15-34 Flowers | $135 | 18x24 Frame |

All of these can be purchased on [our website](https://shop.whitepoppy.co/products/repurchase-additional-flowers)!

{% embed url="<https://shop.whitepoppypreservation.com/repurchase-your-original-flowers/?showHidden=true>" %}

## How Long Does Repurchasing Take?

Once deciding to go through with our repurchasing option, it is important to let us know as soon as possible!

After completing the payment for your repurchase, our Repurchasing Specialists will make a list of the flowers needed from your arrangement & place an order with our wholesaler. The time it takes for us to receive your blooms after placing the order is around 4-8 weeks.

From there, we will get started on pressing the repurchased flowers alongside the rest of your bouquet, which can take an additional 2 weeks.

In total, repurchases can add an extra 8-10 weeks on to our typical 14-16 week timeframe. So, paying for the repurchase & letting us know right away will help minimize any extra wait time!

## Dead Flower Policy

To ensure we can preserve your flowers in their best condition, we have a specific policy for orders that remain inactive after we receive your blooms. Please review the following terms carefully:
Grace Period After Receiving Flowers

Once we receive your flowers, and if they are received dead, you’ll have a grace period of 5 business days to select a repurchase or recreation option (if applicable.)
No Response Timeline

If your flowers arrive dead, we do not receive a reply or design choice from you within the initial grace period, we will begin a 3-week countdown. After this window, if no communication or payment is received, your flowers may no longer be viable for preservation and your order may be cancelled.
Reminder Schedule

To keep you in the loop, we will send reminders throughout this period:

* Week 1: First reminder email
* Week 2: Second Reminder Email/Final Warning
* Week 3: Final Warning/Cancellation Email & Full Refund
If no action is taken after these reminders, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated, your flowers will also be discarded. This policy ensures we can maintain quality preservation and clear communication while managing bloom viability. We appreciate your understanding!

\
# Why Are Your Frames So Expensive?

Preserving your flowers into a beautiful, long-lasting memory is a lengthy process that requires weeks of labor and expensive materials. While we strive to make our frames as affordable as possible, our top priority is compensating our employees fairly and ensuring our customers a high-quality, custom-made product!

**Our total cost includes:**

* Compensation for our team of talented employees specializing in each step of the process
* Materials required for preservation and assembling the final product
* Shipping the finished frame to you

**We *****do not***** cover:**

* Shipping your bouquet to us
* Replacing any blooms that arrive to us dead/not healthy enough to press

# How can my bouquet look like the ones I see you guys post?

The best pressed bouquets are bigger bouquets with LOTS of variety and can typically cost $300-$500 (this is the price for a fresh bouquet from your florist)! So make sure to have a budget for florals if it is important to you! A small bouquet framed with all white roses will look significantly different than a frame with lots of variety and colors! All bouquets are beautiful in their own way, but we suggest chatting with your florist for ways to make your bouquet unique and special to you so that the frame can be just as special!
# What is Bloom + Shipping Insurance?

We are so excited to share our new Bloom + Shipping Insurance! We know how precious your blooms and final product are to you, so we want to give you a way to safeguard this keepsake.

# How do I keep my flowers as fresh as possible?

Keep your flowers in water throughout the day as much as you can! Make sure to keep them out of direct sunlight and heat. Also avoid extreme cold as the water in the flowers can freeze and cause them to wilt! We know this isn’t always possible, but it will help your flowers stand a fighting chance! (Their fav temp is 35 degrees F) . If Monday is a holiday, we suggest shipping them overnight to get to us as quickly as possible!

We also suggest purchasing a throw bouquet and not throwing your real bouquet to help keep the fragile blooms safe!

# I didn’t think of preserving my bouquet until after my event, is there anything you can do?

While we highly recommend placing your order before your event, we would still love to help you if preserving your flowers is a last minute idea! Send us a photo of how your flowers are looking and we will let you know if they are fresh enough to preserve. If they are fresh enough, we recommend overnight shipping to us! Note: we do have repurchase options if some of your blooms don’t make it or you want to save on shipping costs-see the next slide for more info!
# What should I do if my event was more than 48 hours ago?

Don't worry, you still have options!

### Why is there a 48 hour window?

We find that flowers that are 48+ hrs old are hard to make work for our pressed frames (the flowers tend to show signs of mold or rotting after this, or else all the petals fall off when we try to press them), so we always recommend shipping within 48 hours to ensure your flowers will arrive in good condition.

### What are my options if I am past the 48 hour window?

#### Option 1 - Still Ship Them to Us

If it's been more than 48 hours, you *can* still ship them to us. If they look like they are in good condition, there is a chance they could make it without any issues... but this is also a chance they could arrive dead or develop mold during the shipping journey.

You are always welcome to send us a picture of your flowers and ask our opinion! Just keep in mind we are a small business and sometimes get a lot of messages, but we will respond to you as soon as we can!

If you do choose to ship them to us, we always do our best to work with them and will let you know how many we think will make it through the pressing process!

So, you are still welcome to ship to us after 48 hours but we just want to make sure you are aware of the risks that come with this!

#### Option 2 - Repurchasing

A great alternative to shipping your bouquet to us is to have us repurchase your flowers from our local wholesaler and recreate your arrangement using the same flower varieties that were in your original arrangement.

While this option may not be as sentimental as knowing they are your *actual flowers* from your *actual event*, it may be the best option after 48 hours and can sometimes be cheaper than shipping your flowers to us!

It will also ensure your final product is as vibrant and colorful as possible because the flowers would be fresher than they would be if you ship them to us!

# How do I package and ship my flowers to you?

Yay! You've placed your order, now it's time for the most important step: Getting your flowers to us! We put our shipping guide pdf below for you to easily view and follow!

{% embed url="<https://www.canva.com/design/DAFbXhHPojU/view>" %}
CLICK ON THE RIGHT OR LEFT TO TOGGLE THROUGH PAGES
{% endembed %}

Please read this thoroughly and carefully. We have really tried to make it detailed so that we can make sure flowers are shipped to us in great condition! You are spending a lot of money on this product, so we want to make sure the flowers arrive to us as beautiful as possible!

# What shipping carrier should I use?

Here's a rundown of each shipping carrier!

**USPS**

USPS is the company with the cheapest shipping. However, this carrier is less reliable when it comes to expediting shipping. Additionally, their drop off times are sometimes in the evening when our shop is closed.

**FedEx**

FedEx is the most reliable shipping company and can be trusted to deliver your package within the desired timeframe. This carrier drops your package off first thing in the morning, which allows us to receive your flowers when we open up shop! Because of their efficiency & reliability, FedEx's pricing in the most expensive of the bunch.

**UPS**

UPS is the middle ground shipper. This company is generally reliable, with average drop off times in the afternoon. UPS's pricing is slightly less expensive than FedEx.

# I’m worried some of my favorite flowers won’t make it in shipping, is all hope lost?

No worries! We know sometimes blooms are fragile in shipping so we have a repurchase option for any flowers that did not make it!

Once your flowers arrive to us, we will assess your blooms, send you pictures when your flowers are being pressed, and let you know if any of your flowers need a replacement!

From there, we will let you know and you can decide to either upgrade your frame with a repurchase, or keep your frame as is! Sometimes we will suggest a smaller size frame if we don’t think there are enough flowers for the original frame, but we want to find an option that best suits you!
# Shipping is SO expensive, is there anything I can do?

We know that shipping your blooms to us can be super costly! So here are some ideas of how to help!

1\. Our shipping kits are what we would suggest first! These kits can save you $100+ due to your box being the optimal size / weight. You also get a pre-made shipping label and all the right supplies to get your flowers to us!

2\. If shipping yourself: try to make sure the box is as small as possible **without** squishing your blooms! The bigger the box, the more expensive the shipping!

3\. Overnight shipping is our preferred method of shipping, but if you do want to save on cost, you can do 1-3 day, especially if it is in the cooler months. Although you do accept the risk of longer shipping, it will save you money!

4\. If shipping your flowers just seems too risky, you can always opt in to a full repurchase! We can purchase the blooms you had in your event from our wholesaler and press those in house! While this option isn’t as sentimental, you’ll save on shipping costs and guarantee the flowers will be in pristine condition!

5\. We have custom necklaces for someone on a budget! These necklaces just need one simple bloom and the flowers can be sent in a small envelope to save tons of costs instead of shipping an entire bouquet!

6\. Choosing a different carrier can also influence cost! Checkout the next slide for more details!

# How much does it cost to ship to you?

We do not pay for the shipment of flowers to us, that is a cost you will need to cover! It can be up to several hundred dollars at times so please be aware of this and budget for this cost!

At White Poppy Preservation, we always encourage our customers to ship their flowers using overnight (preferred) or expedited shipping. Because of this, shipping tends to be on the pricier side, but is essential to making sure your flowers arrive to us in their best condition! The better condition they arrive in, the more beautiful your finished product will be!

Our shop location is 231 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84601. The farther away you are shipping from this address, the more expensive shipping will be.

Please inquire at your local postal services for more info on pricing, we cannot be sure of the pricing by state because it can vary so much with so many circumstances! UPS, USPS and Fedex are the most common options.

# International Shipping

International shipping is tricky, and makes it harder for us to assure your flowers will arrive to us in good condition.

If deciding to ship your bouquet to us from outside the U.S., it is necessary to guarantee to your shipping company that the package will arrive to us within 24-48 hours. If this is not possible, your flowers will most likely arrive completely dead.

Rather than shipping your flowers to us, we would actually recommend our repurchasing option! This option allows us to purchase flowers from our local wholesaler to recreate your bouquet & press them while they're fresh! You can read more about this option [here](/before-you-purchase/repurchasing-replicating-your-flowers).

**Additionally, we don't ship internationally at this time, and will only be able to send your finished product to an address within the U.S.**

# What if I want to drop off my flowers instead?

We LOVE drop offs! The flowers are always the freshest and we LOVE local florists!

We have all our shipments go to a secure address to ensure everything goes well, but for any drop-offs, we prefer you to drop it off to us in person during our shop hours!

We are open Monday - Friday from 10-4, but we prefer drop offs to be scheduled in advance. We do this because we want to make sure someone is there to help you when you need it!

To schedule your drop off time, make sure you have already completed your order online. Use [this form](https://airtable.com/shraATOm5WxAie4nk) to schedule a time to stop by. White Poppy employees will be notified and will reach out if there are any concerns. If not, they will plan on seeing you at the scheduled time.

Please come with your order already purchased online and order info on a slip of paper!

* your first and last name(the name the order is under!!)
* the email you used to purchase
* the order confirmation number
* NOTE: if you have anything special: We will throw away ribbon/pendants/lace/written papers/etc., so make sure to take it off BEFORE you drop off! If there is a really sentimental flower/ item /etc. PLEASE write it down clearly and explain on the paper and know we do our best to not misplace it but we need to be well informed!!

# How does the process work?

We know shipping across the country can be scary, so we have worked hard to create an easy process that is stress-free for you. You have already put so much into your event, so let us take it from here! Below is our preservation process!

{% embed url="<https://www.canva.com/design/DAFehVwkjRg/pHc7DfAE7v0-1Kee0Wg8Uw/view?utm_campaign=designshare&utm_content=DAFehVwkjRg&utm_medium=link&utm_source=editor>" %}

# What are the different design styles?

We have recently expanded our design styles to fit each of our clients style, wants, and creativity! Below are examples of each design style we offer!

# Why does your process seem to take so long?

We know it is scary to wait and it might feel like FOREVER, but we want to make sure your final product is PERFECT. So please be patient with us!

We understand the process is long, but we promise we will get to your frame or other products as quickly as we can! We have many skilled employees who work hard to make your frame perfect! Something as custom and as beautiful as this takes time!

Here is a reminder of our turn around times:

Timing for our frames: 14-16 weeks. This process includes pressing your flowers, drying them which can take up to 4-6 weeks(or until they are dry), and then sorting them into our queue of other bouquets waiting to be designed! Once designed, we wait for each client to approve their frame and from there we glue down, frame, and prepare your frame to be shipped to you! \
\
Timing for our resin products: 12-20 weeks. (6-8 weeks during our peak season) This process includes drying your flowers in our sand for 2-4 weeks, and once they are dry our resin artist who we outsource picks them up and continues the process from there! She designs, asks for approval, pours, and once done with finishing touches she packages them and ships them out to you!\
\
Timing if you purchased repurchase flowers for your original order: This process adds on 4-8 weeks to your original order. Flowers are being sourced from flower farms around the world and need to be shipped to our local wholesaler before we can pick them up! Most are shipped by boat / truck in refrigerated containers so that's why it takes so long! Then once we receive those, we go through the whole process; initial pressing of the flowers, drying in our presses, sorting and then put into designing queue, and continues on to our normal process from there. We try our best to do these as fast as possible because we know it adds on a good chunk of time to your order!

As a reminder, we do have a long queue of orders in each stage of the process, but we get through them as quickly as we can each day! Some orders need more time than others based on drying the flowers, design changes, working out technical problems, etc. We really appreciate each of our customers and the patience that you have in us! Thank you!\
\
**Disclaimer: During summer months our wait time could increase to 16-18weeks due to the influx of orders during wedding season**.

# I’m worried about my flowers changing colors during the preservation process!

Here at white poppy we have spent thousands of hours experimenting with the best way to preserve each of your unique blooms, and always do our best to make sure your flowers stay vibrant and colorful! However certain varieties of flowers will naturally change color as they are preserved. With that said, if you are worried about your flowers colors changing (specifically, pinks, whites, reds, purples, and blues) we do offer color correction add-on options to return your flowers to their original, fresh/alive, color and help ensure the colors are what you are looking for!

Below is a guide of what you can expect for certain colors of flowers once they are dried!

# I’m worried about my flowers’ colors fading over time - what can I do?

Once you get your flowers, take them out of the box right away and keep them in a well ventilated, dry area! Also keep them out of direct sunlight: as this can really cause flowers to fade quickly! While we do seal the frames shut to help minimize fading, at the end of the day they are / were a living organism and will fade naturally over time. But by preserving them professionally you can rest assured they will look great for years to come!

**Meet Haley!**

Haley founded her resin company in 2021. Haley became interested in preserving flowers in resin after marrying her husband Dylan Cunningham, who was in the resin countertop business himself (you could say she married into the resin world). Her business originally began as Haley’s BFA project for her Graphic Design degree at Southern Utah University. Haley enjoys using her degree in a unique way! She is the new mom of a baby boy named Liam, who is the light of her life.

# Can any flower fit in any size piece?

\*This is for resin orders only\* :)

No! Some flowers are too large for certain pieces. For example, a full size rose will NOT fit in a ring holder. However, smaller (spray) roses often fit in a ring holder! If you order coasters, ornaments, or jewelry dishes, we will need to use small/flat flowers. King Proteas often need to be cut in half in order to fit in a block because they are too thick. Please reach out if you have any questions about flower sizing!

# What is your turn around time?

\*This is for resin orders only\* :)

After we have received your flowers, we will have them back to you in 6-8 months. However, this timeline can be shortened/extended by our resin vendor at any time. This process has many steps and can not be rushed. But, please know that we will have your piece(s) back to you as soon as we can!

# Do you accept previously air dried flowers?

\*This is for resin orders only\* :)

Absolutely! Dust those babies off and send them our way! Do keep in mind that air dried flowers do not look the same as silica dried flowers. As long as you like the way that your flowers currently look, we can work with them. However, **I CAN NOT** work with flowers that were put in the freezer! They will mold in the resin.

# Do my flowers need to be dry before I give them to you?

\*This is for resin orders only\* :)

No! We dry your flowers for you in silica gel to hold their shape and color. We do this for you so there is no need to do it yourself unless there is a problem getting them to us fresh! If the client chooses to dry the flowers themselves, our resin vendor is not responsible for improper drying. This can include browning, wilting, burning, molding, etc.

# What if my flowers are artificial?

\*This is for resin orders only\* :)

We can use artificial flowers! We could also do a mix of some artificial and some real flowers if you prefer. Please let us know ahead of time if your bouquet is artificial.

# Can you include special items in my piece(s)?

\*This is for resin orders only\* :)

Yes, of course! If you have a necklace, ribbon, pin, etc. from your wedding that you would like us to include in your piece(s) please let us know! Most of these items are easy to include. However, some items we will need to research to make sure the resin won’t react with them!

#### Disclaimer: You MUST let us know you would like this in your product. If not, your items will be thrown away.

# Will my flowers look the exact same?

\*This is for resin orders only\* :)

Most of the time your flowers will look very similar to how they looked when they were alive! Some flowers dry a different color. For example, red flowers often turn a dark purple/burgundy color. Your wedding flowers may receive bruises or “love spots” that will not show until resin touches the dried flowers. There is no way to “fix” these spots but they can be prevented by handling your bouquet carefully on your wedding day and avoiding a bouquet toss. However, I think these love spots show the flowers’ character!

# Will I get a preview of what my piece(s) will look like?

\*This is for resin orders only\* :)

Yes, we will send you a layout for each of your blocks! However, we don’t do layouts for small pieces such as ring holders. You can tell us if you’d like any changes made, but please remember your flowers are fragile and we can’t move them too many times without damage.

## Overview
I understand that White Poppy (hereafter referred to as WP) is a small business run by real people. I agree to be kind, patient, and understanding, recognizing that this is a delicate process. I trust that WP will do their very best to ensure my satisfaction.
I acknowledge that full payment is required before shipping my flowers to WP.
I understand that flowers will not be pressed between Friday at 5PM and Monday Morning, so I will plan my shipment accordingly.
I acknowledge that WP is closed on all major holidays and that responses to messages will resume once operations resume. Additionally, response times may be delayed over weekends and holidays.
I understand that the preservation process takes approximately 14-16 weeks, and if a repurchase is necessary, the timeline may be extended by an additional 4-6 weeks. \*
I recognize that WP provides a guidebook with helpful resources, and I will refer to it first before reaching out to the client relations team with questions.

## Shipping to White Poppy
I understand that I am responsible for covering the cost of shipping my flowers to and from WP. My flowers remain my responsibility until I receive an email confirmation from WP acknowledging their arrival. WP is not liable for any shipping issues caused by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any other carrier and cannot provide refunds or replacements for flowers that are lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address by the shipping company. In the unlikely event that something happens during shipping to WP we encourage a claim be filed against the chosen carrier.
WP is not responsible to inform clients if flowers get lost in transit or never arrive.
I understand that WP will not reimburse any cost related to shipping (if you cancel your order, are unsatisfied with how your blooms were preserved. etc)
I acknowledge that the shipping method I choose is solely my responsibility. WP is not liable for any damage or delays in transit. I understand the importance of carefully reviewing and following [WP’s shipping instructions](https://info.whitepoppypreservation.com/shipping-to-us/how-do-i-package-and-ship-my-flowers-to-you) to ensure my flowers arrive safely.
I understand that if I purchased a shipping kit and my flowers did not survive transit, WP is not responsible for a replacement or shipping costs, but I can repurchase flowers from them or cancel my order and get a refund.
I understand that I will receive an email with a form to verify my shipping address. I am responsible for confirming my address before WP ships my completed frame to ensure it is delivered correctly.
I acknowledge that if I do not include the required order information with my shipment, WP may be unable to identify my order, which could result in delays or loss.\
\
If I choose to include ribbons, lace, pendants, or any other personal items with my flowers, I understand that WP is not responsible for these items and they may be discarded. I agree to remove them before shipping.
I understand that if I have a special flower, painted leaf, sentimental item, or any specific blooms that WP should be aware of, I will clearly note this on the form included with my order. This will help ensure WP understands their importance in my preservation.
I understand that once WP receives my flowers it could take up to 24 hours to receive an email that the preservation team has received the bouquet. I understand I will be sent a picture of my bouquet once the preservation process begins (which will be within 5 business days of receival) and that WP takes care of all bouquets and keeps them as fresh as possible before pressing.

\
\
Bloom Insurance
---------------------
I understand that Bloom + Shipping Insurance can only be purchased before WP receives shipped or delivered blooms.
I understand that Bloom + Shipping Insurance is NOT REFUNDABLE.
I understand that if I purchased WP Bloom + Shipping Insurance, I am covered for:

* Replacement of Damaged Blooms: If your flowers arrive wilted, moldy, or otherwise unsuitable for preservation, our insurance will cover up to $125 of replacement blooms. Our specialists will source identical flowers to replace the ones that were lost.
* Preservation Process Protection: In the unlikely event that any blooms brown or perish during the preservation process, our insurance ensures they are replaced at no additional cost.
* Lost or Stolen Flowers: If your bouquet is lost or stolen in transit to us, we’ll recreate your arrangement to perfection and ensure you receive your desired keepsake. You will need to provide proof through your tracking number.
* Your final product: Our shipping insurance covers up to $200 for repairs to any damage sustained to your pressed frame during transit back to you. This includes cracked glass, bent or loose frames, and any damage or shifting to the preserved flowers. This also includes the costs for new glass, frames, labor, and shipping to return your restored product. In the unlikely event that our shipping carrier loses your frame, we will cover up to $700 to recreate your frame.

\
I acknowledge that WP Bloom + Shipping Insurance does NOT cover:

* Incorrect Shipping: Our insurance only applies if the bouquet is shipped according to our instructions. If someone else is shipping your bouquet for you, please make sure they follow our provided instructions.
* Uninsured Bouquets: If Bloom Insurance is not purchased prior to shipping, we cannot cover any damaged or lost blooms. Please contact us to purchase replacement blooms for your order.
* Insufficient Blooms: If there are not enough flowers sent to us for your order(s), we cannot provide replacements under the insurance. Please contact us to purchase additional blooms or modify your order.
* Shipping Carrier Payment: Our insurance does not cover any payments or issues between you and the shipping carrier you choose, only the replacement of the flowers themselves.

\
By purchasing this insurance, I grant WP permission to use their own flowers to replace any of mine if necessary.
I confirm that I have read and understand the product terms and conditions, including what is and is not covered.

\
\
\
Purchase insurance [here](https://shop.whitepoppy.co/products/new-bloom-shipping-insurance) if you haven’t shipped your bouquet yet!

## Flower Fill Policy

I understand that it is my responsibility to order the product I want to the best of my ability but that WP is always available to help answer any questions I may have about the size of frame best suited for my floral needs. WP has provided me with these resources to better understand what I can expect.
Frame Sizes:

* 6x6 →  For boutonnieres
* 8x10 & 11x14 → Best for small bouquets, or bouquets that ship in less than ideal condition
* 16x20 → MOST POPULAR. Best for standard and larger bouquets
* 18x24: → Best for larger bouquets or for a statement frame
\*A focal flower is the main flower in your bouquet—the one that stands out the most and draws your eye first. Example: In a bouquet of greenery and smaller blooms, a large rose would be the focal flower because it’s the most noticeable and everything else is arranged around it.

\
## Repurchasing Flowers
I understand that following the provided shipping instructions and sending my bouquet as quickly as possible gives my original flowers the best chance of arriving in good condition for pressing. I acknowledge that WP’s team will do their best to use my flowers as they arrive and will press anything that is preservable.
If my flowers are not in good condition for pressing and I did not purchase insurance, I understand that WP will notify me and offer the option to repurchase flowers if I choose. I acknowledge that repurchasing flowers may cost me an additional $10-$135.
If I choose not to repurchase flowers after WP recommends it, or at any point before I have been sent my first design approval, I understand that some or all of my main focal\* or delicate blooms may NOT be included in the final product, which could result in a simpler design.
This decision can be re-made during the design approval process but could affect the overall timeframe for receiving the final process (by 4-10 weeks.)
I acknowledge that repurchasing flowers may extend the delivery timeline, adding 4-6 weeks to the standing 14-16 week process. I understand that that these timelines may be increased at any time for a variety or reasons without notice (ie. quality control, materials, industry standards, etc. )
\*A focal flower is the main flower in your bouquet—the one that stands out the most and draws your eye first. Example: In a bouquet of greenery and smaller blooms, a large rose would be the focal flower because it’s the most noticeable and everything else is arranged around it.
## Dead Flower / No-Order Policy

* Week 2: Second Reminder Email/Final Warning
* Week 3: Final Warning/Cancellation Email & Full Refund
If no action is taken after these reminders, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated, your flowers will also be discarded. This policy ensures we can maintain quality preservation and clear communication while managing bloom viability. We appreciate your understanding!

\
## Preservation Process
I understand that my flowers may not retain their original color and could fade or become translucent during the preservation process. I acknowledge that WP is not liable for any discoloration, as this is a natural outcome of flower preservation and that WP presses each bloom individually in the manner best suited for the bloom. I also understand that blooms are fragile and that small pieces of my flowers may come off at any point during the process or after my frame has been sent. This is a normal part of the process and WP does everything to prevent it but cannot be liable for petal “specks” in the frame as these are natural flowers subject to age.
I recognize that natural pigmentation changes occur, and colors may be altered due to oxidation and the drying process. I understand that pressing flowers is a delicate process that can take several weeks to complete.
I acknowledge that some flowers may be too thick to fit in a frame. I acknowledge that some flowers may not preserve well/may mold or fall apart at any time during the process. If a particular flower is missing from my final design, I will be understanding and politely inquire if adjustments are possible.
Unless previously agreed upon between WP and client, I understand that WP does not press faux flowers and that any included in a bouquet sent to them will be discarded.
I trust that WP is handling my flowers with care and that I will receive occasional email updates throughout the process. If everything is proceeding smoothly, I understand that WP will only reach out if they have questions, concerns, or updates. Otherwise, I can be at peace knowing that my flowers are in good hands.
[Click here](https://info.whitepoppypreservation.com/the-preservation-process/how-does-the-process-work) to see more in depth info about our process!

## Designing Process
I understand that once my flowers come out of the presses, they will enter a design wait queue. I acknowledge that after my frame is designed, it will take a few additional weeks (2-4) to be photographed, framed, and shipped.
I understand that WP requires photos of my bouquet to design my frame. If I do not send these pictures promptly, my delivery time will be delayed. If no photos are sent of my bouquet I understand that WP will take creative liberty in designing my frame and that the results may look different than the original bouquet.
I acknowledge that WP will email me photos of my proposed design, and it is my responsibility to review and request any changes before approving it. Once I approve the design, I understand that I cannot request any additional changes.
I understand that I must submit design feedback through the designated form. If I provide change requests via email, I acknowledge that they will not be seen by the design team and that my design may be subject to automated approval if I do not use the designated form.
I agree to be polite and courteous when requesting design changes, as WP designers work diligently to create a final product that I will love.
I understand that if I do not approve my design within 14 days of receiving the proposal email, WP will proceed with glueing down the design without approval, and NO further changes can be made.
I acknowledge that if I have repurchased flowers and request design changes, my wait time will increase if WP needs to order new flowers for replacements.
## Resin Products
I understand that resin products for my designed flowers are handled by an external company, not WP directly. If there are any issues with the resin itself, I will notify WP, and they will work with both me and their outsourcer to resolve the issue.
I understand that WP does not have full control over the resin process and may not be able to provide refunds due to the nature of this process.
I acknowledge that bubbles and layering in the resin are natural and common.
I understand that for resin ornaments, or other small resin pieces, due to the 1-inch thickness, they may not be suitable for thick flowers. Requested flowers are not guaranteed and may not be used. The outsourcer will use professional judgement and has final say.
I am aware that the wait time for resin products is typically 16-20 weeks and I acknowledge that this timeline is subject to change at any point of time for any reason.
I understand that my resin product may not be shipped at the same time as any other products I’ve ordered.

\
\
[Recommended flowers for small resin pieces
](https://canva.link/7fostzix3otvg24)
## Final Product Receival
I understand that the frame for my designed flowers is wholesaled from an external company and not WP directly. If there are any issues with the frame, I will notify WP, and they will work with both me and their warehouse supplier to resolve the issue.
I acknowledge that the plexiglass on the back side of my frame serves to prevent damage. I understand that plexiglass is essential to ensure the flowers don’t crumble during shipping or shatter if the frame falls. It is also crucial for accommodating thinner flowers and allowing for flexibility in the design.
I understand that if my frame breaks during shipping, or if a petal comes loose or any flowers have shifted, it is NOT WP’s responsibility. If I have not purchased WP Bloom + Shipping Insurance, I acknowledge that WP cannot replace the shattered frame unless I pay for a replacement and the cost of shipping. I recognize that shipping insurance is vital if I’m concerned about potential damage during transit. I understand that flowers are fragile and may naturally shed small pieces during or after the process; while WP takes every precaution, it is not liable for minor petal specks due to the nature of real, aging flowers.
I understand that if I purchased a necklace or resin, it may be shipped separately from the frame due to the different design process involved.
I understand that if I purchased WP Bloom + Shipping Insurance, if any flowers or petals have shifted during shipping or if the frame has broken in any way, WP will send me a shipping label to return the product. I will keep the box and send the frame back promptly so that the issue can be addressed and resolved.

\
\*\*WP uses a variety of measures to ensure that NOTHING COMES LOOSE DURING SHIPPING; however, WP does not have control over what happens during the shipping process and we encourage you to purchase Bloom + Shipping Insurance if you are worried\*\*
I agree that if I have any issue with the final product, I will contact WP directly. I will be kind and understanding as WP works through the issue and finds the best possible solution.
I understand that if I do not return my frame to WP for repairs, I will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
I acknowledge that WP’s goal is for me to be happy with my final product. If I am not satisfied, I know I can always reach out to them so we can work together to resolve the issue.
I understand that WP is on my side and is committed to helping me!

\
\
After Care
----------
I understand that my flowers may not always retain the same appearance as they did upon first delivery. I acknowledge that flowers naturally fade over time and that some petal breakage may occur. If I wish to preserve their quality, I must keep them in well-ventilated, dry areas and avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. I understand that flowers still may fade even if all after-care directions are followed and that WP is not responsible/required to offer a refund or repurchase. At any time color correction can be purchased and the frame can be sent back to WP to apply it (WP is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with this.)
## Refund Policy
I understand that if I place an order and then decide before shipping my flowers to WP that the cost is too high or for any other reason, I can request to cancel my order and will receive a full refund.
I acknowledge that I will not receive a refund for flower discoloration, shipping issues or delays, unapproved frame designs (if WP has not received a response,) small specs in the frame from real petals, or any other factors outside of WP’s control.
I understand that this process requires significant time, expertise, and effort, and that the final cost reflects all aspects of the work involved. I acknowledge that WP cannot offer full refunds after starting my order due to the time-intensive nature of this process.

I understand that once my order is received and pressed that if I decide to cancel for reasons of discoloration, not enough flowers, no downsize available, etc. WP cannot offer a full refund but can offer up to an 80% refund.
I understand that if I cancel my order for the reasons listed above once my flowers are in the presses and in the middle of the preservation process, WP cannot offer more than a 60% refund.

I understand that if I cancel my order for the reasons listed above once my flowers have been designed (either in resin, a necklace, or a frame) that WP cannot offer more than a 40% refund.
I understand that if I cancel my order at ANY point AFTER the first design approval has been submitted by a WP designer that WP cannot offer a refund greater than up to 20%.

I understand that once my florals have completed the full preservation process, all designs and revisions have been approved (either by me or automatically due to delayed response), and my order has been shipped, I may be eligible for up to a 20% refund if I am unsatisfied. I also understand that I am responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to White Poppy in order to receive this refund.

I understand that White Poppy will not issue refunds for any designs that were automatically approved due to lack of timely response.

I understand that, in unique circumstances, White Poppy reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to lack of communication and/or cooperation. In this case, I may choose to have my product returned by covering return shipping costs, and I will receive a 50% refund once the product has been received by White Poppy.

I acknowledge that if I purchase a WP warranty prior to receiving my final product, I am eligible for coverage of repairs to the frame, glass, or preserved flowers (including color correction) for up to one (1) year from the date of delivery (or another specified coverage period depending on the product).

I understand that WP is not liable for damage to the frame or product over its lifetime. WP will preserve my florals to the best of its ability and expertise; however, natural changes may occur over time. I agree that if any issues arise and I am unsatisfied, I may contact WP to arrange repairs, and I will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping.

WP does its best to find vendors that uphold their same level of quality, if a product is not to a customer's liking they can let WP know. I understand that due to the outsourcing nature of this product that WP does not have complete control and may not be able to issue a full refund.
I understand that all pre-made WP products are final sale.
I acknowledge that refunds and returns on other WP products (external to other vendors and pressed frames) are taken on a case-by-case basis and that the same policies above may apply.
