I’m worried some of my favorite flowers won’t make it in shipping, is all hope lost?

No worries! We know sometimes blooms are fragile in shipping so we have a repurchase option for any flowers that did not make it!

Once your flowers arrive to us, we will assess your blooms, send you pictures, and let you know if any of your flowers need a replacement!

From there, we will let you know and you can decide to either upgrade your frame with a repurchase, or keep your frame as is! Sometimes we will suggest a smaller size frame if we don’t think there are enough flowers for the original frame, but we want to find an option that best suits you!
