Why does your process seem to take so long?

We know it is scary to wait and it might feel like FOREVER, but we want to make sure your final product is PERFECT. So please be patient with us!

We understand the process is long, but we promise we will get to your frame or other products as quickly as we can! We have many skilled employees who work hard to make your frame perfect! Something as custom and as beautiful as this takes time!

Here is a reminder of our turn around times:

Timing for our frames: 8-10 weeks. This process includes pressing your flowers, drying them which can take up to 4 weeks(or until they are dry), and then sorting them into our queue of other bouquets waiting to be designed! Once designed, we wait for each client to approve their frame and from there we glue down, frame, and prepare your frame to be shipped to you! Timing for our resin products: 12-16 weeks. This process includes drying your flowers in our sand for 2-4 weeks, and once they are dry our resin artist who we outsource picks them up and continues the process from there! She designs, asks for approval, pours, and once done with finishing touches she returns your finished resin pieces to us so we can package and ship them out to you! Timing if you purchased repurchase flowers for your original order: This process adds on 4-6 weeks to your original order. Flowers are being sourced from flower farms around the world and need to be shipped to our local wholesaler before we can pick them up! Most are shipped by boat / truck in refrigerated containers so that's why it takes so long! Then once we receive those, we go through the whole process; initial pressing of the flowers, drying in our presses, sorting and then put into designing queue, and continues on to our normal process from there. We try our best to do these as fast as possible because we know it adds on a good chunk of time to your order!

As a reminder, we do have a long queue of orders in each stage of the process, but we get through them as quickly as we can each day! Some orders need more time than others based on drying the flowers, design changes, working out technical problems, etc. We really appreciate each of our customers and the patience that you have in us!
