I left something on my bouquet, can you send it back?

At this time, we have heavy hearts to say that we sadly cannot guarantee to ship anything back to you other than your finished frame.

Here at our shop, we receive around 20-30 bouquets daily. This is a TON to keep track of! Upon the arrival of your bouquet, our pressing experts will examine the flowers to determine which are healthy enough for preservation. The blooms that are will go straight into our presses. To avoid excessive buildup of trash in our shop, anything that does not end up being pressed will likely be placed in the garbage.

We would feel absolutely terrible if we were to lose any sentimental pieces that were sent along with your bouquet, so please, please hold onto those for us!
