# I’m worried about my flowers’ colors fading over time - what can I do?

Once you get your flowers, take them out of the box right away and keep them in a well ventilated, dry area! Also keep them out of direct sunlight: as this can really cause flowers to fade quickly! While we do seal the frames shut to help minimize fading, at the end of the day they are / were a living organism and will fade naturally over time. But by preserving them professionally you can rest assured they will look great for years to come!
